Hi, glad you liked it. We're from the very North of Germany, my brother is from Hamburg and I'm from Kiel (where the "Metal Man" had been shot, too). My brother build the "Metal Man" costume from cardboard and plaster and then just spray-painted it silver. For the robot voice he just put some kinda distortion effect over the original voice recordings in post production.
