OH by the way Roxykat you started this by replying back to me! read the original statement I made...One sentence. You got all upset because I have an opinion that is correct and you can't deal with it. ABBA sucks thats all you need to know. And so does your opinions.

significant impact ? development and perpetuation? Are you kidding me they are what has killed rock and roll. A synthetic corporate group made up to touch the immature tastes of those like you. They are an over dubbed multi-track recorded expanse of corporate greed, which has also killed broadcast radio. They can't even perform live at the induction ceremonies. Once again thank you Faith Hill. Maybe your right about one thing they are pioneers in lip-sync.

@hooksman60 - That is probably something to do with the fact that most people haven't heard of Humble Pie ... so where is the 'significant impact on the evolution, development and perpetuation of rock and roll' - or in modern terms "music" ? No offence to fans of Humble Pie, but they don't exactly compare to ABBA in terms of those contributions

I wish Benny had talked more about ABBA instead of every other group he could think of ... so lovely to listen to Frida though ... she will always be my favourite ABBA member
