Here's my take:
1) She is completely entitled to her religious beliefs. HOWEVER,
2) She is conveniently forgetting the whole "Judge not, let ye be judged." and "Treat others as you wish to be treated" thing.
3) Not to mention, separation of Church and state.
State Marriage is not a religious institution. Why do we let atheist/agnostics marry, if it is?
