This is the first part of a total of 4 parts of my military retirement video. I had to break it up into the 10 minute requirements set by YouTube or else I would have just uploaded it whole.
I retired from 20 years of active duty to the Navy. It was time for me to move on and to close this chapter while opening a new chapter in my life.
I had my ceremony at the World War II Museum in New Orleans, Louisiana. Please see part 4 for the credits and who all was a part of my ceremony.
The military retirement ceremony is the only time a man is allowed to have things HIS way just as a woman is allowed to have her "dream" wedding.
To this day, I still want to say a huge thank you to everyone who made it possible. Guys.... you have NO idea how happy you made me that day.
