Fitting Home & Away Harness from Unwin Safety Systems

How to safely fasten the Home and Away harness from Unwin Safety Systems.
Before fitting the harness, ensure that the anchorage straps on the seat back are fitted with all their quick release buckles at the rear of the seat's back.
Place the harness over the shoulders of the passenger with the yellow band at the front. Fasten the two Velcro straps securely.

Position the passenger onto the seat and attach the two shoulder straps into the buckles on the seat's back.

Attach the two waist strap belts to the lower side buckles, ensuring that the right one is passed under the vehicle seat belt.

Attach the centre crotch strap to the rear centre buckle.

Adjust to fit and ensure that the waist strap is low enough to give complete control and support.

Fasten the vehicle seat belt around the passenger.

To remove the harness, undo the vehicle seat belt.

Unfasten the centre crotch strap and the waist strap.

Undo the two shoulder straps.

As the passenger stands up, unfasten the Velcro straps and remove the harness.
