@jstsurreal well, shias dont worship the 12 imams, we see them has holy people. celebrating their life, and mourning their deaths. we have allot of traditions built on paying respect to the imams, there is nothing wrong with that. for reasons that are not obvious, even to many shias, these traditions and rituals are very powerful, and serve very important purposes.

@ifemunited Well i would like to know what is wrong with it? If you can pm me i would be very grateful. I have yet to read comprehensively about them. Also i read somewhere that 1 'pilgrimage' to Hosseins (or Ali's) grave is equivalent to 10 Hajj? I might be wrong. But if i'm right then where is the logic in that?. Though i am not against Shia, i still do not think it is the right way to go about things. But who am i to say that? and The decorations of the prophets mosque should be stripped.
