An ordinary can is drunk and not properly disposed of. He wakes up and makes it his mission to stop the man who threw him away from littering again.

it was good but . . .. i didn't like the fact that you could see the guys in the background putting the can on the ground and holding the string . .. .

@mwaisberg78 In the beginning, the boy put the can on the pavement and left it there. This is littering. The can follows him home. When the can catches up with him he has an angry expression. Another boy comes by and throws it away. LITTERING. That's my opinion. :)
