@Earthman99999 Yes indeed this is exactly how we act, We all wear suits all day every day and are trained in the gentlemanly arts of self defence using rapier and fistcuffs the use of the pistol we leave to women and the colonial hoi polloi.

Have you ever noticed that you never saw blood or a policeman (except as an actor in the ZZ von Schnerk episode) in any Avengers episode. What a fantastic show it was. No wonder it is a cult favorite.

@LouisPlume Just some facts and stats according to U.S. FBI 2009 figures - Just over 8 million gun owners in US. Just over 10 thousand firearm homicides. Est. 65 to 75 % of the victims of these homicides had criminal records. (Est. comes from from 13 cities where stats were gathered.) Banning guns here would be about as effective as banning illegal drugs. We, as part of the 99.9 % of the reponsible gun owners would like to see tougher penalties against the irreponsible criminals.
