Most people might think to themselves, "Why is someone burning tires infront of my house," not me. I'm 99% sure I know what. That and the new regulations being "imposed" upon them, like they can't sit there with their cars turned on while they're shooting radar; unless, they want to pay for it out of their own checks. lol

Something else that makes me laugh just a random thougt... again. I was driving through town the other day and I hadn't done that for a while, and half of City Hall's parking was demolished, and they had a big ol' dumpster sitting right outside the door. I guess that explains why someone was burning tires out infront of my house the other night. From about the start of one driveway to the other there is a big long black mark. Somebody mad at me... huh huh huh.
