Black Sierra Productions (www.blacksierra.net) Representative Troy Mohr dropped by the Magpul booth and got some footage of a prototype modular assault pistol. It utilizes a glock slide and mag. Good stuff.

@tsaketh yeah you'll probably get stopped wherever you are. Some areas are worse though (look at Cali's 12031e check) Won't this be an SBR though? not sure what you are and aren't allowed to open carry, I think it depends on the state.

Thats Richard Fitzpatrick in the video right? Unbeleivable how he built magpul into a multi million dollar buisness by selling a simple mag attachment with a dimes worth of rubber material. One of those ideas where your thinkin its so simple i should have thought of that years ago lol.

@tsaketh Except it would be restricted anyway. The stock makes it a short barreled rifle.

Magpul should make an actual handgun like what they did this the Masada... but not sell it to a company that charges 2x the promised price. (seriously Magpul said the Masada was going to be around $1500 but the ACR is actualy around 3grand)
