he's a crook and a thief. his two managers have both lost their licenses for driving drunk, yet he keeps them on. all the employees smoke in the warehouse where those nice cancerous chemicals get sucked into the cute little mattresses people buy for their children. sure, he will remove your old mattress for free, and then turn around and sell it, pee stains and all, to poor people for cash and never reports that income. That's tax evasion, plain and simple.
