look up T.A.I.S (triggered and induced seismicity) simple mining techniques could just as easily cause this more cheaply than haarp ever could and i thought the NWO was all about makin money ......

Because with mining techniques you cant target specific areas as easily, and do nearly the same damage. Its probably one of the most useful weapons of all time if you think about it from a military perspective. Why waste your time mining, especially in enemy territory which is virtually impossible, when you can heat the ionisphere, and cause major disasters on the other side of the planet.

Russia already did this off the Philippines with Fusion Fission bombs in the 70's.
