That was my first thought also. It is very similar to Deckard's "Enhance, Rotate, Crop" sequence from early in BR.

Given the number of times this was magnified and the clarity of the magnified image, the camera that took it had to have been several hundred gigapixels in photosensor resolution, with one hell of an optic system, and the printer that did the printing would have been one hell of a hi-res printer (several million DPI)...I want!!
Wait, is that even possible, now or in the future?
FYI IMAX cameras are roughly 96 Megapixels
