@Taud Yes that is true. I agree, it is a bad behavior and a warning sign. Not all dogs are that way tho, however its very true. How you raise them is how the dog will be in the end (sorry for such a late response. Didnt realize you replied)

Dasher, our basenji, does this too when his "pack leader" (aka my husband) leaves out the door without him. Heartbreaking. No yodeling, just the worried complaints.
