Just read this part of Mikey's book. Mike had paid for Scotty's satellite entries, 3 tries, 3 fails.

One more try, this time Mike says "I'll pay $500, you find 2 others put in $250 each". Success, Scotty wins it, Mikey gets one-third of the top prize of one-meeeelion, and the other 2 backers get one-sixth each, Scotty Baby gets the remaining one-third.

Great story, told in Mike's book. He had a vivid dream that Scotty would take it down... the day before the event!
