  • Great great song. Love it.

  • they're not emo. maybe some emocore influences and some elements in common, but LDOA are an indie pop band with post-hardcore roots if you listen to any of their early stuff. Their recent records seem to incorporate a lot of pop and even shoegaze influences. I've talked to Karl himself, and he says he doesn't really mind what they're labelled, but his favorite bands are mostly indie/alternative bands (Lemonheads, Dinosaur Jr., etc.)

  • They sound better live =)

  • Its Not Emo,Its Shoegaze.

  • I like this song and video. Cute little vid.

  • this is real emo. they're the sons of texas is the reason. enormous job... we love and miss you...

  • HOLY SHIT, i've been looking for this video clip for years!

  • I don't agree. I used to listen to LDOA in 2002 and they were already considered an Emocore band.. There was a lot of stuff like this in the late 90's and early 2000's. Stuff from Deep Elm and Jade Tree records, for example. It seems they're getting a little bit poppy with their last records... Great band, anyway.

  • every video fo LDOA i check i see people fighting about what term it is and stuff. I know for a fact that when they started out and made a few really great albums NO ONE considered this band Emo. Thats just thing that started when those make uped bands came out round 2003/4 or so....Not saying theyre bad (i wear make up) but calling this emo is the same as calling sebadoh, dinosaur jr Emo....
