CyLab presents Ed Stroz, Co-President of Stroz Friedberg, as part of the weekly CyLab seminar series. His talk includes case study examples in which the evidence under consideration, and the absence of evidence, became important in establishing a theory of what took place, or refuting a theory of what took place. The examples draw from cases involving malware, insider abuse, deletions leading to spoliation, and theft of intellectual property.
