  • Nice video. explosive movements are best for sports (duh, obviously). That's not an olympic barbell set.

  • @ossilation - Thank you! At least there is one good comment on this VID. If you are in a football game, you are not going to go slow and controlled. It's fast and controlled with power. FAST TWITCH people, fast twitch muscles.

  • thats good speed. all his movements are controlled. this is an explosive exercise, and must be performed in short explosive bursts, not slow controlled movements.

  • I would do it slower so the muscle is always under tension and not using momentum!!!

  • Using the momentum of the weights just defeat the purpose. It also increases the chances of a back jury.

  • Not bad, but it'd be better if you did this a bit slower.
