Male perspective: It's seen as the man's job to approach the woman when it comes to dating. Men check out beautiful girls in public but 99% are too scared to approach and pick her up. This guy had the balls to do it. Most likely, this guy wasn't a creep, but a normal man with the wrong approach. Picking up girls is a skill that can be learned.
