Thank you, I am going through this now, and this video helped.  Tomorrow is my birthday and my parents just told me this morning that they are getting a divorce, it's going to be a sad birthday but My friends are there to help. thanks again.

I am sorry about your day and what you are going through right now. Listen, you need to hang in there. Don't take sides. Understand and understand!!! That is the best you can do. I'm a 30 year old father of two beautiful children. My wife and I are in the process of becoming divorced. I want to tell all the children that read this and going through a parental divorce that IT IS NEVER YOUR FAULT. I don't want to get a divorce. I still love my wife. On 4/1/08, a court order me to leave our home. I have until 5/6/08 to be out. I can't imagine leaving my children.

When parents yell, yes, it's scarry. Just remember that it's never your fault. It's your parents fault.

My parents r fighting really really bad. I think they r gonna get a divorce. I feel sorry for my 2 little brothers. For me I think I will be fine. Cause I study aboard in Australia so literally I can run away, but my bros have to stay and face that terrible divorce. Sometimes I really really hate how my parents fighting and wish that they didnt :(

@qlvlp I wanted to believe in you because the reason for my parents divorce is that they think they should never been married, like a giant mistake, and for days I was thinking maybe I was the results of their mistake therefore I shouldnt exist.

my mom has decided to divorce my step father.

He was mentally abusive not only to my mom but to my brother as with hell.My step father told him when he was seventeen he would be out of the house when he was eighteen.So my brother and I were raised mainly by our mom all he did was provide the house. So my mom and I just packed up and took me as well as her little dog as well
