But what about the very last time itachi used amaterasu (in his battle with sasuke)? He bled then. This is a clear sign that amaterasu causing the eye to bleed comes from overuse.

previous comment continued:: I believe this because as of yet, there hasn't been a time where 2 mangekyous have used the same technique, this one being the exception. However, there's the fact that last time when amaterasu was used on Madara, Sasuke's eye took on Itachi's mangekyou. This time Sasuke had his own mangekyou.

It's been about 3 months since you posted this, so you probably don't care anymore. But, I think he can only use the amaterasu because Itachi gave him the power through his blood. the blood went in his eye, so I guess whenever he uses Itachi's technique, he loses some of the blood that was put in his eye. This was the case when Itachi's amaterasu was used through sasuke on Madara.

man i never seen sasuke leave him self vulnerable so many times. What happen to all his moves in dodging itachi attacks. He turning into like naruto now taking all those beating over and over like a punching bag which is beginning to get dull
