An airshow re-enactment of a Vietnam era "Downed Pilot" rescue. Marine Helicopter Squadron 361 Veterans Assoc. spent 5-years and 20,000 manhours restoring the Sikorsky UH-34D they now fly as a traveling history and educational program.

This type of extraction was used for rescues from the jungle where suitable landing areas didn't exist.
