  • Giacomini was a great tenor. The only reason he didn't win more public acclaim in his career was that he did not conform to the silly tenor stereotypes that still exist. He was intellectual, an excellent musician and brilliant stylist. Sometimes, sadly, that doesn't get you much in show business!

  • Amazing!!!,what a wonderful voice Mr. Giacomini has!!!, he at his 64 years old sounds like as good as ever!!!Bravo!!!, he is a "living master class". He and ramón Vinay are my favorite dramatic tenors. Bravoooo!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Frikinetto Que graciosillo pedazo de friki, Ten más respeto por una buena persona y gran artista.

  • Una sola parola: ridicolo ja ja ja

  • heck, that ain't bad for 60 somethin. Quite beautiful in some places. Age obviously shows, but man. What a phenomenal singer.

  • Bravo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • o dolci baccio... the pianissimo part!! listen very carefully!! he doesnt suck the sound to make it pianissimo as most singers do! he rather controls it with his support to do that marvelous pianissimo! his voice is still out there in the whole opera house while doing the pianissimo and not at the back of the stage.. if u understand what i say.. =) and even the high note where he didi diminuendo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! damn!!!!!!!! badass man!! badass!!! BRAVO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • where is the "chiaro" in chiaroscuro with this guy huh?

  • In the world of opera he was ( and he is ) very famous.
