@BlackstarSirius i think thats depend of kung fu style what are you train... but the speed, "in and out" quick moves are very frecuent, the fluid movements... look the fights of the chineese championship "the king of sanda"

good clip. we do similar san shou sparring drills as well.

@BlackstarSirius its a combination of alot of styles of kung fu into 1, however different schools tend to have some additional or different techniques that i guess the teachers like to implement?

What are some of the defining elements and techniques of San Shou? How is it different from other martial arts?
