American films depict the taunting of disabled people trying to survive on the streets. It's a guaranteed laugh even if the film is otherwise serious. The film may be fictional, but the taunting of the disabled is real.

American cities have "freak shows" to taunt helpless people, but now you don't have to pay for a ticket to get in.

You don't have to belong to any particular party to find these films funny.
