Howard Hughes didn't die in 1976 but lived another 25 years as Nik Nicely married to Eva McLelland explains Mark Musick convincingly. Mark recounts what he learned about those 25 years from 10 years spent with Eva telling her story, going through her boxes of Howard's papers and conducting a careful investigation. On the sly Hughes managed to conduct business and participate in CIA intrigue. The story is told in the book, Boxes,The Secret Life of Howard Hughes by Douglas Wellman. Among the surprises is Hughes' role in the missing 18 Watergate minutes. Video: Joe Friendly

Bunk! The story may be true. It wasn't Hughes. Howard was in fact holed up in Vegas in the late 60's. A virtual prisoner of his own making. Howard was obsessed with his business. Purchasing casinos, trading his airport for McCarren, stopping the nuclear testing and buying and owning politicians. Mostly HH was paranoid of germs and avoided everyone with a passion. This I know for sure.

27:04 TV's are worthless
"Certain monitors can emit EMF pulses that excite a sensory resonance (Wiener mentioned in 1958) in a nearby subject through image pulses that are so weak as to be subliminal. It opens a way for mischievous application of the invention people exposed unknowingly to manipulation of their nervous systems for someone else’s purposes. It’s mentioned here to ALERT the public to possible covert abuse that may occur while being online, watching TV, a video a DVD”

I'm sure a few people know a thing or two about Hughes' secrets, but he had an intense romantic relationship and enduring friendship with actress Katharine Hepburn. He bought the rights to The Philadelphia Story for her and paid off a photographer who had compromising photos of her and Spencer Tracy in the 40's. Not much more is said.
