Hey guys I think I know what the "Connection refused" is all about. He forgot to mention where it drop down menu says "FTP (File Transfer Protocol)" click on it and change it to "SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol)". I hope that helps.

for the connection timed out, go into the setting and theres a thing about setting when it times out. it will be set on 15 seconds, but you need to put it to 60 seconds for it to work.
