My Miniature horse mares were happy to expand their living space into the adjoining paddock. This was their first time in their new space.

  • Sherry - they are BEAUTIFUL - but also very chunky. Careful they don't founder like we foundered our little mini. It's no fun at all.....little stinkers are so cute it's hard to tell them no - but very necessary.

You can definitely tell they weren't stuck at the back of the lunch line!

Still got your Haflinger? DYING for spring here! I want to RIDE!

  • I dont have my Haffie anymore. She was a sweetie but I was not going to ride so I decided to get back to just the Minis.

Yes they are liite "Chunks" thankfully a lot of it is hair and one is in foal. They will get back their girlish figures when they get out to run in the summer LOL! I am very careful about their feed actually and they dont get Afalfa at all!!! We have never had a founder here thankfully.

    How are your girls doing???

  • Loved it, what beauties and so happy. Miss you in our yahoo group though.

  • Hey there!! I is hard to stay active on a draft list with minis LOL! I mss Rosaleen a lot though... Nice to hear from you and thnk you for the nice comment about my girls :)

  • They look like they are having fun and are very happy!

    Sooo cute!

  • GREAT! Still have them close - and will continue to do so - it's so nice to be able to walk out the door and have a Haffie to hug. I have started trimming them myself and my hoof studies have been in depth - I have so much material it's NUTS! Even got some cadaver hooves to practice on, so it's all good for now. Haven't been on the boards at all - got way too bitchy on there - don't need that crap.

I just want the danged mud and ice to go away.....
