Tease alot, touch her alot, when you feel like asking a question, most of the times statements work out better.
Like going u to a girl and say You look like you're 21! instead of how old are you etc.. Also don't just focus on that girl, become friends with more girls and practice on them, even if you don't find them attractive. THAT'S VERY IMPORTANT!
