@gtbol135qw I have driven a c5 a couple of times and I like the c4 x10 more. It doesn't take much to pass the power of a stock ls1 and the c5s are hella expensive. I'd take the sexy c4 body style and have the speed of a 4 banger any day lol. I love 80s cars.
@Jackd91 haha, have you gone shopping for 255/50-16's lately? Almost NOBODY makes 'em anymore. BF goodrich is about it, plus a couple of racing brands. I thought I was real smart in '87 buying wheels for my 86 in the OEM size, paid 1600 for OZ racing/Fittipaldi 5 spokes. They still look sharp when you polish 'em up but nobody makes a good tire since Michelin discontinued their XGT. (which I was getting for a bargain price at the end)
@Jackd91 Cool send us a vid when get the wheels. Yeah that would look nice. What size? Make sure give it some offset on the rear, and that kill that fender gap. I my neighbor this car in a aqua blue with some black wheels. It's banging.
@TheRickRod My 84 is about to get some black rims with a red lip :) should look pretty sweet. depends on the color of the car though. Although honestly if you were planning on sending a C4 flying down a quarter mile, the stock rims are pretty heavy duty.
Definitly so, but every car when you throw bigger wheels with low pro tires on stock springs it shows gap! eww! More wheel and less tire. I'm talking some nice ass no larger than 19 inch racing wheels. No chrome shit or spinners! with a nice offset on the rear. I saw a mustang the other day with some big ass 22 inch waste of money guy with no taste. OMG he even had those stupid fake stick on fender portholes! poor stalion
That car is so nice, but nobody ever changes those ugly ass stock wheels. Thats the first thing I'll do if i had that car. Put some lowering springs, and change the wheels.
