@Suborner Best transcription EVAR at 1:24 "the reason for doing that is that we want to push the performance of drugs dependency in general, NOT JUST FOR GOOGLE CHROME". Sad part is that they now added a not transcribed version, so you need to click CC and select TRANSCRIBE AUDIO.

Google Chrome is fast because it chooses not to implement useful and important features of web standards. Have a look what they have chosen not to add to the Javascript array implementation, although it is since long part of the ECMA-262 spec.
