while in germany we were able to snag a ride with sabine schmitz but not in her usual mode of transportation (m5 ring taxi) but rather a ferrari 360 modena.

So was she on her day off when she let you tag along in her Ferrari? Because, if I remember correctly, individual people are willing to let you ride with them as they do a lap; is that why you were able to ride with her in her own car?

On the other note, I thought this video was not bad. As it is it's really hard to get exceptional footage whilst in the M5 Ring Taxi, much more in the Ferrari Modena, no? Not bad at all.
