This Night at the Oscars 20 Carat Emerald Colored Fancy CZ Necklace is a sure-fire way to make people green with envy. The entire necklace is encrusted with glitteRing CZs in all shapes and sizes - everything from large round and pear cut stones, to mini pave set faux diamonds.
