In part 1, Rik Deitsch, Biochemist talks about lead and mercury.
Even though we don't use lead pipes anymore, lead can still be found in the solder that joins copper pipes. Best to let your water run for a minute, so the water that has been sitting in the pipes can flush out.
Mercury is found in seafood, dental amalgams and vaccines, just to name a few sources.

  • Nice video. Something to consider as I noticed it was not mentioned in this video/seminar..... mercury does not only get into the environment from volcanoes. Majority of mercury that shows up in the food we eat comes from burning coal. I think its worthy as an honorable mention at least.
