Student Expelled Over Movie Parody Sue School

Two of four teens expelled from a Knightstown, Indiana, school are sueing to be readmitted. The four were expelled after a home-made movie surfaced using the same last name as a teacher and was viewed by schools as a threat even though prosecutors did not find anything illegal in the film.

They can call it a threat all they want, they should've had a little thingy at the start of the video that said something along the lines of...

"All characters appearing in this work are fictitious. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental."

That would've been their saving grace right there, for just 5 to 10 seconds of displaying that. Besides, the movie looks retarded anyway. They shouldn't be expelled for threats, but for well... being retarded. *shrug*
