Hello and thank you for the beautiful videos. May I ask why you pick December for your tours? So many places I visited in Europe had been rebuilt 60 years ago after the war. I was seeing new buildings built in the old style. Was the architecture of the chateaus and churches in the Loire region ruined during the wars? I am hoping they were not bombed and we can see actual history.

@SavannahSue4u Yes, we have been going to France in December for the last four years because: 1) it is nice and cool (not too cold); 2) Christmas spirit and markets; 3) not so crowded; 4) low season, good prices, availability of mileage seats on air; and 5) my wife likes all of that.

@AuxaneD I hear you, but 1) it does sound French to me (a foreigner), and 2) I have really tried to find legal French music to purchase but have only been able to get a few tracks. If anyone has some, please let me know, thanks.

@denniscallan Sorry for my very blunt manner, it's not against you or even your videos which i found very nice (and liked your genuine way of commenting), but this phenomenon does get tiresome and moreover it's part of a broader picture, that of stereotyping other countries (of which we're all guilty on this Earth) which breeds some bad behaviours and ignorance sometimes. To be fair it was only at the very beginning, i posted too quickly. Really an impuslive comment.

BTW I have many fine hours of France videos I have not yet edited but will some day -- my wife and I have spent most of the last 5 Decembers traveling this beautiful country from top to bottom.
