WTF!!?!?!??! this is not risotto....this is arborio rice cooked in the pilaf method!!!!! holy jesus christmas i cant believe this woman....i mean true risotto is a 3 to 1 liquid ratio added in seven additions subsequently added during full absorption of the prior addition....always near boiling stock!!! this is some fucked up shit
