He says he was always against the war, but when he became Senator he changed his mind so many times I can't count!

  • Fox News completely took Senator Obama's quotes out of context. He was very clear about his position on the Iraq war from day one and his overall belief in the war stayed the same. Of course there will be aspects of the war that will surprise him or he might agree with. I have been paying very close attention to the primaries and this is the first time I have heard a news station accuse him of flip flopping. Fox News is one of the most conservative news channels out there.

  • Now do you see how "against the war" he is?

  • Buddy, you have to watch independent media. All the corporate stuff has shrunk from 50 companies, to 5. There's 5 major corporations that feed us all stories to make us fearful. And "terrorists" are the "boogyman". When you find the "boogyman", you'll find bin Laden (who has yet to be charged for 9/11) and the terrorist threat. The politicians make us think THEY are the only ones who can "save" us. But first they need all our rights taken away. And more taxes. And our IDs. And our jobs. And you.

  • Believe me, I hate to even count as a "view" for a Faux News video BUT everybody with a fully-functioning brain knew that Obama played the "Anti-War" card, and before he was even sworn in seemed to continue "Bush's agenda" by his actions. And as we all know, Actions Speak Louder Than Words. I hate to agree with Faux News on this one but for once they spit truth here.

  • you lie.

  • Full quotes, but they carefully omitted other 'full quotes' directly following the ones they chose to mention. They said that he suspected he might have been wrong in the Audacity of Hope, but very neatly clipped that section out just before he said "But then I realized that this war is bogus and we have no real reason to be here". Not a direct quote, but actually read the book instead of taking the word of his detractors. - Pilum Viris

  • Do you believe in new world order? It's happening right in front of your face.

  • FOX NEWS LIES. It is right-wing propaganda bull shit. Your voice does not matter one bit and it hasn't within the last two terms. The 2008 Presidential Election is just one bogus poll to make you think it does. This country is screwed through all three candidates who happen to be members of the Code of Federal Regulations. Your rights are being taken away in the name of "Homeland Security" and through every new edition of the Code of Federal Regulations.

  • You may not be bright enough to comprehend his policy, but look at the January presidential debate. He said we "need to be as careful getting out as getting in", but he believes it would be safe to get them home in 16 months. He has been consitent on this. He is saying it depends on conditions on the ground, and based on his understanding of conditions on the ground, 16 months is doable. This "flip-flop" is a republican creation.

  • this is a complete lie. they twisted his words around. dang im 13 years old and understand all this stuff. obama opposes against the war.
