As a harbor pilot I see this lazy shit heads all the time. Some of the lines are heavy, but the ones in this pic are very light. They do not realize that we are waiting for them to put the damm springs on to position the ship. Yes, I feel for them, but some of them abuse. They should have gone to school if they did not want to pull lines.
The key is not to over work yourself at this job. so using the truck is smart. they are heavy and when your pulling a 24 hour shift, you always try to find the easy way to tie them up.
Lazy? I don't think they're lazy at all... you know how much heavy are those rope? Did you see all the obstacle till the bollard? I suggest to try how hard this work could be...
