With that said. Please, get rid of the toys. The Air Force has to grow up. These are Security Forces personnel. I know for a fact they work with real weapons everyday, so why train with them. AS a wise Master Sgt. would say... PRACTICE HOW U PLAY.

Good training. A huge difference in tactics I see with other ES Teams in the Air Force. The Air Force has to get on the ball worldwide and put up the funds to ensure all the teams at every base receive similar. The most important is that the training is frequent and continuous. And there is no excuse, especially budget wise. Stopping dicking around and give our guys and gals the training they need and WANT. Or else the rest of the world will take a juicy dump on our forehead.
