Denver market expert Patsy Brown is reporting that Denver's economic viability ranks high even in today's uncertain times-- this according to recent studies by the Metro Denver Economic Development Corp for their February 2009 report which looked at Denver's job market strength, residential real estate and livability.
Metro Denver's job market is expected to fare better than many markets in 2009, Patsy says, due to its diverse industry base with solid long-term growth prospects in many sectors.
These positive factors continue to make Denver an attractive place to live and work according to several recent reports on why and where people move.
Denver was ranked Number 1 among the nation's most desirable places to live in a report by the Pew Research Center coming in ahead of San Diego(2nd) and Seattle(3rd).
In addition,54% of all residential moves in Colorado last year were inbound adding to the stability of labor and residential real estate markets.
Its not surprising that The quarterly Market Risk Index released by PMI Mortgage Insurance Co ranked Metro Denver among 10 regions with the least risk of home price declines over the next two years.
Coming from a teaching background, Patsy feels it is important to empower both her buyers and sellers with the most up to date, pertinent information using the best technology that is available.
Patsy noted that many of her recent clients who have relocated to the Denver area have taken advantage of what one happy client calls her "Golden Roladex" of contacts to help make their home buying & moving experience as smooth and effortless as possible.
