Aww! I never understood why they didn't put her through originally, she has a beautiful voice and the girl they put in instead of her - Emilie - had a bit too much attitude towards Andrew Llyod Webber. Connie was well suited to the role but I think it is unfair if the reason Siobhan didn't win was her looks - whether it's because she's too pretty or not pretty enough, that's very unfair.

I didn't like Soibhan, she wasn't Maria, she didn't have the look, yeah she might be beautiful (even if Ian was thinking wih something a lower than his trouser line when he said that) she had a voice, but not Maria. I'm sure she'll make a good pop star.

I didn't like her much either...she was really big headed but she was just not Maria. She was too pretty and didn't really have any personality or uniqueness like Connie did.
