Wrong. The black Wii existed since the beggining in Japan. It took 3 years to be realesed anywhere else.

There are a few games, I guess you just haven't looked for them. For example, Red Steel/Red Steel 2, and Wii Sports Resort even has a sword game.

Wow this was so long ago, I can still remember being excited about this particular trailer.
