take knowlege thats been givin to u and dont just watch it, use it till failure till u cant go no more, everyday challenge urself go harder each week, work on skills, conditioning, and strength quickness speed agility and diet and u will reach ur goal faster then u expect dont limit urself ever

Chicagofit4life, is 5 8, white and could dunk easily. what do you mean white guys can't dunk? It's simply about the training individuals do to get their particular vertical leap to be high enough to dunk. But for me, I personally used the exercise program over at 50-inch-vertical[dot]com
