  • Just curious, if one was in so much pain, and weren't able to do most of the points without two hands, could only one hand have the same effect?

  • @NASCARFAN160 That's an excellent question. Yes. Tapping with one hand is fine and works just as well. You could also tap one round with one hand and the next round with your other hand.

  • @NoIBSvideos Do you think this could also help with other Non-IBS-related pains (for instance, muscle pains in the lower back)? I bet it could with a similar routine! :)

  • @NASCARFAN160 Yes I do. I personally use it for everything. Just change the wording as needed or focus your attention on the sore area (or touch it briefly to focus your attention there.) I sometimes find that when I tap for neck pain or whatever that I don't feel the effects until half an hour later. When I got smacked in the face by a door (chasing a dog), I knew I was going into shock so I tapped on the shock and it went away almost immediately! Also try out the spine rub (in Nausea video.)

  • Wow, I think this helped me last night! Thanks so much!

  • @NASCARFAN160 Glad if it helped. Thanks for letting me know.

  • this shit does not work at all

  • @NoIBSvideos if you dont have a higher dose of IBS yourself you shouldnt really do these vids you cant control your bowel.

  • @Larasfriend Tapping comes out of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. Curiously, there have been more studies validating acupuncture than there have been for most conventional drugs. Placebos should only work if you really believe they will, yet tapping works on animals and children who are unlikely to believe one way or the other.

If you're worried this is a placebo, I challenge you to try it twice a day for the next 14 days, and then let us know your thoughts.

  • @NoIBSvideos do any of those people have IBS? dont think so.

sounds like one of those placebo's.
