  • the house busts its ass to get the public option in, only to watch the USELESS senate fuck it all up

  • it's because the Republican Party is so staunchly against the current health care proposals. they'll do ANYTHING to stop it. Thus, Dems will likely need a 60 vote victory in order to move along smoothly.

  • Why do they need 60 votes? is the senate turning into the UN? Either you vote for it or join the filibusterer against it? What happened to just voting yes/no like democracy demands.

  • We'd be better off with nothing rather than a bill with no public option. At least we'd have to take another crack at it again. If they pass this thing without a public option then Palin, Beck and Hannity have won.

  • the american people asked to be owned by corporations this is what they get

  • ...he's a Democrat...

  • stupid republicunt

  • Hey all I know is you can't keep counterfeiting money and expect that country to have any kind of future.

The End of the US Fed Note as currency is a disaster that is unmeasurable.

The creepy aspect to that truth is it looks like the staged event that is happening now was planned to happen in 1913.

The Federal Reserve has financed mankind's misery since 1913.

WW1 starts the year after the Fed's creation like com'on.

  • @boots920

Also the part you're referring to, refers specifically to the very first part of that long sentence.

    "No State"

It's a restriction on the power of States.

    Not the Federal Government.

    Not the Congress.

  • @boots920

Then of course the constitution also has Article 1, Section 8

Which allows congress to change that.

That said, I do agree with you that the congress shouldn't have outsourced that responsibility to the private sector.

If anything, the Federal Reserve, should be owned and operated by the Federal Government.
