@nathan61984 Gotcha. I didn't know how those years did their driveshaft i used to own a 92 s10 pickup 4x4 and the driveshaft was more like my k1500 being just a straight one.

i have done that 3 times to my truck the cause is bad motor mounts the engine moves to much changing the angle and that puts unormal stress on it

@wolf432 Actually, there is a CV joint on the front drive shaft of s-series vehicles. It's the weak point and usually breaks first. Which is handy, because it's crazy easy to replace and junkyards are littered with them! :D
