  • That looks like a really relaxing cycling position for a bike. Perfect for those disused railway trails.

    Cheers, Alan

  • @SpainPipe - yes to both, A - I love it! ; ) - thanks and sweet smoke, eh - MM

  • Well thats settled it. After watching all the segments of your journey so far BC is now officially on my 'go to' list.

Seems like a truly beautiful place.

Keep cycling and piping or pipe-cycling or cy-piping whichever way it goes.

  • @cactusboy33 - howdy C - the province is large and filled with natural beauty - my little corner is no exception - we have a 5, maybe 6 months cycling season - rest of the time it's either covered in snow or just too nasty for riding - the feet still work, so I'll pipe something ; ) - appreciate the comments - take care, eh! - MM

  • Man Mike....your rolling! Thanks a ton for Posting. Head on down to Portland, Oregon some time...I'll show you around.

We here in Portland love commuting on bikes.

  • @MrVeeco - hey, A - thanks - I see on the web that Portland is a cyclist's mecca - nice - just may come a calling ; ) - take care, eh! - MM

  • @Naturainfinity - hey, D - yeah, the hills are a bit of a slog, especially when you've been pedallin' all day long (or what seems like it - you'll see, sort of ...) - there are a couple in town, both in their early 70s - they have a couple of similar bikes to mine and they pedal all over the town - hills-n-all - in fact, they were my inspiration for getting Max - glad I did - bye4now & thanks for the words - MM

  • @pipethought - thanks, D - it's the bright red colour, ain't it? ; ) - that's what draws the looks, I'm sure - just like my #2's truck - fire engine red and people go, 'Oooh' - riding Max in town's like leading my own parade - young kids actually start running alongside - teens want one - older folks ask all the technical questions - old, old folks don't say anything: just smile - get red & you're ahead - hah! ; ) sweet smoke, eh! - MM

  • Great looking bike! I wouldn't mind having one like it, although some of the upgrades on the hills here are real killers....don't think this oldish body of mine could handle it to be honest...haha.

    Onward! ;)

    ~D
