I must know what window effect you are using - cant seem to find it, even with compiz experimental?
Please help, oh, and thanks for the VID

these effects available in compiz but these effects only can work in Ubuntu 11.04/11.10 classic or in Linux Mint.
I used burning effects in this video, which you can find easily in compiz.
go to synaptic and search "compiz" install complete compiz packages and you can find in Ubuntu classic/Linux Mint
