Mitt Romney stole 4 million dollars of a Government bailout when he said "I don't recall ever saying Thank Heavens Washington is There for me" when he stole 4 million dollars of a 10 million dollar Tax payer Bailout in 1994 keeping him from personally going bankrupt. In 2009 his company and Romney profited again on a Bailout taking a cut of 3 Billion dollars.
